Reqsy Terms of Service
Welcome to Reqsy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reqsy website, platform, and services operated by Reqsy, LLC ("Reqsy," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Reqsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Reqsy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable agreement (Company Agreement or Recruiter Agreement) associated with your account type.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use Reqsy. By using Reqsy, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Platform Description
Reqsy is a freelance recruiter marketplace connecting independent recruiters with companies seeking to hire talent. Reqsy acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and does not directly recruit, employ, or place candidates.
4. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying Reqsy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with platform operations or security
- Circumvent Reqsy to establish direct relationships that bypass platform fees
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
6. Fees and Payments
Platform fees, placement fees, and payment terms are governed by the applicable Company Agreement or Recruiter Agreement. Reqsy reserves the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Reqsy platform are owned by or licensed to Reqsy, LLC. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reqsy provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee candidate quality, recruiter performance, or hiring outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reqsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reqsy, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Reqsy may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any applicable agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
12. Modifications
Reqsy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
